Complete development, general construction and sitework for a two-story 13,000SF mixed-use waterfront development on River Road in North Tonawanda including a new dental office, a drive-thru capacity retail anchor and (9) luxury apartments as an expansion of the 600 River Road Apartments community on the Niagara River. The site was also remediated as a part of the NYS Brownfield Cleanup Program.
